Petitioner-Waseem has approached this Court by means of present criminal misc. writ petition challenging the impugned FIR dated 07.07.2024 lodged by first informant-respondent-3, Imran Ahmad and registered as Case Crime No. 0324 of 2024, under Sections 351(3), 352 BNS, Police Station-Syohara, District-Bijnor. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner in support of present writ petition submits that after aforementioned FIR was lodged, parties amicably settled their dispute outside the Court.
