This writ petition is directed against the first information report dated 12.04.2026, giving rise to Case Crime No.130 of 2026, under Sections 75(1)(iv), 76, 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 333, 110 of B.N.S., Police Station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar. Perused the impugned F.I.R., where there is a case of assault alleged against the petitioners employing brickbats and rods after gaining entry into the informant's home. The assault, it is said, gave the informant's mother, three fractures and a fracture on one of her limbs. Severe injuries have been alleged by the informant. On our directions, the injury reports have been produced. The first of the injury reports relates to the first informant, Riya Batham. It is a report dated 31.03.2026 and shows five injuries in all.
