A perusal of the impugned First Information Report ('FIR' for short) shows that the case against the petitioner is that he intruded into the social media account of informant's daughter, a child of ten years, by hacking it and putting a fake I.D. of hers on the internet. Utilising the said ID, the petitioner indulged in objectionable chatting with third parties, posing that it was the informant's daughter. He also sent inappropriate messages to the informant's minor daughter. In addition, he made video calls, indulging in lewd talk with the informant's daughter.
