Heard Mr. Vinod Kumar Kushwaha, the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned A.G.A. representing State-respondents 1 & 2. 2. Perused the record. 3. Petitioner- Smt. Komal has approached this Court by means of present criminal misc. writ petition challenging the FIR dated 03.04.2026 lodged by first informant-respondent-3 Ram Pratap Singh and registered as Case Crime No. 0030 of 2026, under Sections 85, 80(2) of BNS and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station- Jaitipur, District- Shahjahanpur. 4. At the very outset, the learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that due to inadvertence, a typographical error has crept in the prayer clause of present writ petition as well as stay application.
