Petitioner- Ram Chandra Sonkar has approached this Court by means of present criminal misc. writ petition challenging the FIR dated 25.02.2026 lodged by first informant-respondent-3, Neelanchal Kumar Harijan and registered as Case Crime No. 0042 of 2026, under Sections 61(2), 189(2), 352, 351(3), 324(4), 303(2) BNS and Section 3(2)(va) of S.C./S.T. (P.A.) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), Police Station- Saray Inayat, District- Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj). 4. On the matter being taken up, the learned AGA representing State-respondents 1 &
