This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 202 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S., Police Station Sherkot, District Bijnor. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that at the time of arrest, no ground of arrest was shown to the applicant as such the arrest of the applicant is illegal in light of Article 22(1) and Sections 47 & 48 of the BNSS.
