Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 209 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352, 351 BNS, Police Station- Shahpur, District Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per prosecution story, FIR was registered on 18.07.2025 at 4.35 a.m., wherein allegation was made that the applicant had dispute with his father and mother over the property and the applicant came at plant of the father on 17.05.2025 at 08.20 p.m. and started assaulting his mother Razia which resulted in her death. 4.
