The present third bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 244 of 2023, under Sections 354, 302, 201 IPC and Section 8 POCSO Act, P.S. Mau, District Chitrakoot with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. The first and second bail applications of applicant were rejected by this Court vide orders dated 05.03.2024 and 17.10.2025. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is not named in the first information report.
