The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.1025 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Gulriha, District Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial. 4.
