Heard Sri Indra Deo Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.258 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Jansa, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 5. He further argued, actually applicant on the date of incident was not at his home and he was in Chhattisgarh and on phone when deceased informed him that she is going to her paternal home then applicant did not permit her and thereafter, she committed suicide.
