The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.398 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2), 92 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is married sister in law of the deceased and on the basis of false and general allegation she has been made accused in the present matter along with her other family members including husband of the deceased. 4. He next submits,actually, some dispute arose between husband and wife and, thereafter, she committed suicide by hanging and after her death being her married sister in law, applicant has also been made accused in the present matter. 5.
