The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.293 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 351(3), 118, 109(1) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Manda, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant and the other co- accused are said to have assaulted the injured Himanshu Mishra, Sunny Shukla, and Sahil Shukla. Learned counsel contends that Sunny Shukla and Sahil Shukla have received only simple injuries, and the injuries on their person have not been found to be grievous in nature or dangerous to life.
