The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.687 of 2025, under Sections 352, 109(1), 351(2), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Loni Border, District Ghaziabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is in jail since 27.11.2025. The applicant has not been assigned the role of filing and causing injury on the injured. The role assigned to the applicant is of accompanying the accused Sachin Gujjar. The applicant although stated to have been arrested from the spot, however, no incriminating article has been recover
