The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.490 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109, 131 B.N.S., Police Station- Jasrana, District- Firozabad. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The First Information Report has been lodged after a delay of 11 days. A general role has been assigned to the applicant and the co-accused of causing injuries on the injured Dharm Veer by using 'Lathi', sticks and 'Favda'.
