The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 32 of 2020, under Sections 307, 504, 411 IPC, Police Station Mubarakpur, District Azamgarh during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, as per allegation, applicant and two others opened fire upon police party and due the fire opened by them, one police personnel sustained fire arm injuries but entire allegations levelled against him are totally false. 4.
