The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during trial in Case Crime No. 301 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5), 49 of BNS, Police station Dannahar, District Mainpuri. 3. As per prosecution story information was given to the police by the son of deceased on 17.11.2025 at 19:20 hours regarding suicide committed by the deceased. Thereafter, post mortem of the deceased was conducted on 18.11.2025 in which the doctor opined the cause of death of deceased is strangulation. Thereafter, the FIR was lodged on 20.11.2025 expressing therein the doubt upon the applicant as well as co-accused who is the mother of the first informant on the ground that the mother of the first informant was having illicit
