It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that this is second bail application. The first bail application was rejected by order dated 26.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.45465 of 2024. Learned counsel further submits that till date no charge has been framed against the applicant. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant was Lekhpal and it is alleged that the applicant has obtained illegal gratification of Rs.6000/-. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant has no previous criminal history and is languishing in jail since 11.11.2024 and in case he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State opposed the prayer for bail but does not dis
