Bail Application seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.28 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 333, 353, 307, 364, 397, 302, 396, 109 and 412 I.P.C., Police Station-Sidhpura, District-Kasganj. 3. This is the third bail application filed on behalf of applicant a woman who is facing trial in above referred sections and is in jail since 12.2.2021. 4.
