The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.570 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Chhibramau, District Kannauj, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, as per allegation, applicant along with other co-accused duped the informant as he is one of the witnesses in the alleged forged sale deed executed in favour of co-accused Manjit Singh Shakya. 4.
