The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.10 of 2026, under Sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 474 IPC and Section 12(1)B of Passports Act, Police Station Saraimamrez, District Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegation against the applicant is of obtaining two passports by filing forged documents. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that none of the information provided by the applicant was inaccurate, and the First Information Report has been lodged on some misunderstanding.
