The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during trial in Case Crime No. 152 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police station Kabrai, District Mahoba. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant is not named in the FIR whereas, allegation of one unknown male and one unknown woman persons had murdered the brother of the first informant. Subsequently, applicant alongwith co-accused Lokesh were arrested and their confessional statement was recorded before the Magistrate under Section 183 BNSS, wherein they admitted their guilt.
