The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 262 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 109(1) and 103(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Nawabganj, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
