This bail application has been moved by the applicant to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 14 of 2025, under Sections 318(4) BNS and 66(D) I.T. Act, police station Cyber Crime, district Muzaffar Nagar during the pendency of the trial. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is the director of a company, Unvoid Tech Studio Private Ltd., which builds online apps. An amount of Rs. 8,50,000/-, supposedly the proceeds of the cyber crime in question, was credited to the account of the company, which was withdrawn by the accountant of the applicant, who knew his login I.D. and password.
