Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that as per prosecution case, it is alleged that applicant has been indulged in facilitating meeting of one jail accused Ashraf. Learned counsel for applicant submits that co- accused Atin Zafar and Irfan have already been granted bail by this Court by orders dated 19.7.2024 and 10.2.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.26092 of 2024 and 41401 of 2024 and applicant is claiming parity with the aforesaid co-accused. The criminal history of applicant has been explained in paragraph no. 20 of the affidavit in which, applicant has already been granted bail. Applicant is languishing in jail since 10.12.20
