The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.34 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 125, 351(3), 110, 118(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Chauri Chaura, District- Gorakhpur. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case along with eight other accused who are all members of his family. The applicant has been implicated due to a civil dispute with respect to property. He further contends that there are cross versions and six people from the side of the applicant have also received injuries.
