Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 36 of 2026, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5), 190, 191(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Sarsawa, District-Saharanpur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR wherein allegation has been made against four persons. Subsequently first informant as well as injured witness also named the applicant as one of the person which was also present at the incident in question along with other accused persons.
