The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 331 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Kundarki, District Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein allegation has been made that some unknown persons had killed the deceased by causing head injuries.
