Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.844 of 2025, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Khair, District Aligarh. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per prosecution story deceased left the house on 24.11.2025 at 6 p.m. through his splendor motorcycle to attend a marriage party. Subsequently, the first informant also found that the applicant was the pillion rider with the deceased on his motorcycle and thereafter on the next day the body of the deceased was found between village Khera and Bajidpur in the vacant land of Irrigation Department and doubt was also expressed that the applicant may have involved in committing the murder of the deceased.
