The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 423 of 2024, under Sections 75(2), 80(2), 85, 115(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Rasulabad, District Kanpur Dehat during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is however husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
