The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2026, under Section 103(1), 61(2)A, 140(1) BNS, Police Station Asmoli, District Sambhal, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein allegation has been made that the deceased was having love affairs with Shivam for that reason, as they belonged to different communities, the family members of deceased Roop Jahan were not happy, and therefore the brother of Roop Jahan had killed the deceased by strangulation.
