The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 62 of 2026, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 123, 61(2) BNS and Section 29 of NDPS Act and Section 18/27 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, registered at Police Station Rani Ki Sarai, District Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial. 3.
