The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 08 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, registered at Police Station Basrehar, District Etawah, during pendency of the trial. 3. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and the first bail application has been rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 10.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
