The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 231 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 87 BNS and Section 11/12 POCSO Act, Police Station Mansoorpur, District Muzaffar Nagar during pendency of the trial. 4.
