The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.50 of 2026, under Sections- 103(1), 61(2) BNS, Police Station-Mainather, District-Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, the deceased had been missing from the house since the morning of 27.02.2026. Thereafter, a missing report was submitted by the first informant to the police on 27.02.2026, mentioning therein that the deceased had left the house along with jewellery after administering sedatives to the family members.
