The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.115 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 118(1), 115(2), 109 BNS, Police Station Thathiya, District Kannauj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. As many as eight persons have been nominated in the present case.
