Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Pawan Giri, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri D.P.S. Chauhan, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.373 of 2024, under Sections- 109(1), 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station-Mariyahun, District-Jaunpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein the allegation has been made that a Bolero car, which was being driven rashly and negligently, hit the motorcycle of the deceased, resulting in his death, while Anuj Yadav, who was driving the motorcycle, sustained injuries. Subsequently, in the statement of the first informant as well as in the statement of injured Anuj Yadav, it is stated that co-accused Om Prakash Yadav had married Preeti Gautam. When Om Prakash Yad
