The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 272 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 109(1) B.N.S., Police Station - Chhapar, District Muzaffar Nagar. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the husband of the injured. The injured is said to have sustained eight injuries on her body. The victim in her statement, under Section 180 BNSS, has not given any specific role to the accused. However, in the statement of the victim under Section 183 BNSS, specific role of causing head injury has been given to the co-accused Sajid and the specific role of causing injuries on the neck by sharp edged weapon has been given to the co- accused Afzaal.
