The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 64 of 2026, under Sections- 103(1) and 238 BNS, Police Station-Surauli, District-Deoria, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein the allegation has been made that the deceased had been missing since 28.03.2026 and subsequently the dead body was found on 29.03.2026. The allegation has been made that some unknown persons committed the murder of the deceased.
