The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.87 of 2026, under Sections 137(2), 142, 143(4), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Islamnagar, District Budaun. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR. Later on in the statement of the co-accused, the applicant has been named. The role assigned to the applicant is of keeping the abducted child at her house. There is no allegation against the applicant of abducting the child and the child has been not been recovered from her possession.
