Heard Sri Prashant Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shatrughan Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0480 of 2025, under Section 80(2) of BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Saraymeer, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is dewar of the deceased and on the basis of false allegations, he has also been made accused in the present matter. 5.
