Heard Sri Krishna Mohan Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2026, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Shahjadnagar, District- Rampur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, the deceased had attended the marriage function of the son of Dr. Qayam Ali on 08.02.2026. Thereafter, his dead body was found on 09.02.2026 and the postmortem examination was also conducted on the dead body of the deceased on 09.02.2026, which shows that the cause of death was asphyxia as a result of ante- mortem strangulation.
