Heard Shri Anil Kumar, Learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Advocate and Shri Yadav Rahul Ramkrishnan, Learned counsels for the informant, Learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.103 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 131(1), 117(3) BNS, Police Station Raya, District Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has been assigned the role of biting off ear of the injured. There is a cross version of the incident. The applicant and his brother have received numerous injuries. No explanation has been given in the prosecution case with respect to injuries received by the accused. The applicant has no criminal antecedents and he is in jail since 28.03.2026. 4.
