The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 80 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Lisari Gate, District Meerut. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the wife of the injured. The injured has received burn injuries, supposedly covering 15% of the total body surface area. The applicant and the co- accused Saleem @ Sharim have been assigned a general role of pouring petrol on the injured and setting him on fire. Learned counsel for the applicant has further contended that similarly situated co-accused Saleem @ Sharim has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 4.5.2026, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12182 of
