The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 148 of 2025, under Section 80(2), 85 of BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Manda, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3.
