The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.561 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 352, 3(5) BNS, Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is languishing in jail since 16.04.2026. It is submitted that initially the FIR was registered against unknown persons but during the course of investigation name of applicant has surfaced on the basis of statement of informant Shailendra Singh.
