Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant was not named in the FIR. The injured has not received any injury, which may be considered to be dangerous to life. The name of the applicant has surfaced during investigation and in the confessional statement of the co-accused Sadik @ Atal. The co-accused Sadik @ Atal has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.8003 of 2026.
