The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.163 of 2025, under Sections-109(1), 191(3) of BNS, Police Station-Manikpur, District-Chitrakoot, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the present case pertains to an alleged incident of firing upon a police party by the applicant along with co-accused Noor Ahmad, in which one police constable, namely Gyanesh Mishra, sustained a simple firearm injury. It is further submitted that a country-made pistol was recovered from the co- accused Noor Ahmad and Zafar Ali, whereas no firearm was recovered from the present applicant, and as such, the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
