The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.374 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2), 115(2) BNS and Section 3/4 DP Act, Police Station Shikarpur, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. 4.
