The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.29 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention ofCow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, registered at Police Station Naugarh, District Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3.
