The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 392 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Raya, District Mathura, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR, allegation has been made that the applicant along with three other co- accused persons came on the spot and stopped the tractor of the first informant and tried to take away the workers working there, when the deceased objected then the applicant and co-accused persons beaten him.
